The Department of Computer Science has been functioning since 2005.

        Computer Science is the study of the theoretical foundations of information and computation and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems.

Our students have attended many intercollegiate meets held in other colleges and secured many prizes and also secured overall cup in Thasim Beevi Abdul Kader college on 25.09.2009

So far the department has produced 3 batches. In the first batch our department secured the university first rank. In the second and third batches. We got 2^nd and 3^rd rank respectively. In the fourth batch we got 4^th, 5^th and 9^th rank respectively. It’s our pleasure to state that all our students were first class degree awardees.

We have an association by a grand meeting with the chief guest                    Dr. Vemuri Narayanan, Principal of Mohamed Sathak Engineering College who inaugurated the association meeting and gave a great talk in Information Technology.
