ABOUT OUR ENGLISH DEPARTMENT

The Depart of English has been functioning since 2011.we started, after our college had established for five years. We began to work M.A English in the year 2014 along with 7 numbers of students. From the very beginning the department was set with123 students both boys and girls. Our student has secured 8th rank in the university examination.

VISION

We enhance students’ communicative skills in English and make them aware of their potentially by English language by which we develop the personality of the rural youth

MISSION

• We manifest the hidden and untrained communicative skills of the rural youth. • We create a conductive academic environment to learn English effectively. • We guide the youth to realize their optimum potential by enhancing their communicative skills in English. • We strive hard for the academic academic excellence of the student community.

Objectives

• The power of the language helps students, explore and express views of themselves as well as the social, cultural, ethical, moral, spiritual and aesthetic dimensions of human experiences. • The language of English plays an essential and vital role in one’s life. It has a lot of objectives for the students to acquire every now and then. • It enables the students to comprehend the teaching poem and dramas of various authors such as Shakespeare, Chaucer, john Milton, William words worth etc… • It acquaints the students to mingle with other state students in a friendly way. • It provides the students to have a wide knowledge about the cultures of all the states. • It provides a lot of information and innovation in English literature. • It makes the students to be aware of the society. • As a whole, the language of English is holistic and well known to all.
